Rules for the conduct of proceedings

Rules for the conduct of proceedings before the council pertaining to the disputes in the Labour Relations Act, Act 66 of 1995 as ammended shall be the same as Act of the Commission for Reconsilation, Mediation and Arbitration as amended and published in the Goverment Gazette read with the changes to the context as required.
